About the project
In this project, we were commissioned to refresh the interior of a charming Floreat four-bedroom, two-bathroom character home.. The homeowner sought a cohesive, modern look for the space while maintaining its unique charm.
Our work began with thorough surface preparation, ensuring that all areas were free from imperfections and ready for paint. We started with the brown timber door frames and skirting boards, applying a shellac based primer for wood to prevent any timber bleed-through.
With the priming complete, we used Dulux Lexicon Quarter for a fresh, bright look across the entire space. This colour was applied to the frames, skirting, walls, ceilings, and doors, creating a seamless, rejuvenated aesthetic throughout the home.
The result was a beautifully refreshed interior that brought a new level of brightness and elegance, enhancing the character and charm of this Floreat home.
