About the project
We had the privilege of being commissioned by MSWA to paint the 2024 Mega Home Lottery grand prize, the stunning “Palm Bay” property in Marmion, valued at $3.1 million. This remarkable project required a full-scale transformation, and we were entrusted with the interior and exterior painting from start to finish.
Starting with a blank canvas, we meticulously prepped all surfaces using our reliable Mirka dustless sander to achieve a paint ready foundation. We applied undercoats and topcoats to every required surface, ensuring consistency and durability. For the final touch, we applied gloss to all doors and frames, elevating the property with a premium finish fitting for a grand prize home of this calibre.
The completed project brought a vibrant, polished look to the “Palm Bay” property, ready to impress its future owner.
