About the project
We were lucky to be asked by MSWA if we could paint the 2024 Mega Home Lottery first prize, a lovely house in Marmion named “Palm Bay” and valued at $3.1M. This was an incredible job and it was full-on work from the inside out that we completed.
And so, starting with a clean slate, we thoroughly prepared every surface using our trusty Mirka Dustless Sander for a paint-ready base. We applied undercoats and topcoats to all necessary surfaces for uniformity and durability. To finish, we glossed all doors and frames, which not only brought the property back up in quality but also provided a superb finish that was appropriate for a grand prize home of this standard.
The finished project introduced a bright, polished look to the “Palm Bay” property that was sure to impress its next owner.
