I had arranged for Michael from Pro Painting Works to carry out a fairly large project for an organisation I’m involved with, based on strong recommendations of his excellent work. However, to cut a long story short, the board eventually decided to leave the new fence as it is and not proceed with the painting.
I felt bad about having to let Michael know, but he was incredibly understanding and gracious about the situation. I couldn’t have hoped for a better or more professional response.
